  • How does your process work?
    The first step in this process is booking the packages and services that work best for your need. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a couple of emails. You will receive an email to confirm your purchase and a welcome email. You will also receive your login credentials to your project portal to get started. Please check your SPAM account if you do not receive these within 24 hours. When you login to your portal, click your order to get started. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will see your project workflow. The first step is to complete a required questionnaire. The questionnaire received is based on the services you purchased which is necessary for us to get a better idea of your work history, accomplishments, experiences, and career goals. Once all of your information is received, you will receive a confirmation within 2 business days. If there are any questions regarding the information received, our team will send you follow up questions for clarity. Upon completion of the follow up questions responses and receipt of all requested information, our team will move your project into draft status and provide an estimated date of delivery of your documents. All drafts will be sent within 7 – 10 business days following receipt of all requested information. We allow two round of edits to your document if you have any type of editing requests during the established revision period. Once all documents are finalized, you will receive final versions in both PDF and Word.
  • What is your turn around time?
    Our standard turn-around time for services for professionals are 7 – 10 business days. For services offered to businesses, please contact our team for an estimated delivery time. If you need a document in 3 – 5 business days, consider purchasing our rush service.
  • What format are resumes delivered in?
    Your final documents will be sent in both PDF and Word Format. The Word document is fully editable for your future use and The PDF is what you will use to apply for jobs.
  • How do I choose between getting a resume or LinkedIn Profile drafted?
    A resume is a required document that will showcase your skills and education. This document is a requirement in most employer’s application processes. LinkedIn is a resource that showcases your skills and experience. It also allows you to develop a profession online brand presence. A well written and optimized LinkedIn profile is what will allow you to be found by recruiters and hiring managers for opportunities. You will need a LinkedIn Profile to be searched by recruiters and a resume to submit when they reach out to you. Our clients who have found the most success have purchased both services.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We strive for perfection with each and every service we provide and pride ourselves on being the best resume writing service for professionals online. If you are not 100% satisfied with the final copy of any document or website, we will continue to revise it until you are completely confident that your self-marketing tools are a true representation of you! Thus, we do not offer refunds.
  • Do you offer a military discount?
    We work with a number of veterans transitioning out of the military into the civilian workforce. We offer a discounted “Transitional Military Resume Package” to all of our veterans.
  • What is the difference between a Resume/LinkedIn Review Service and a Resume/LinkedIn Writing Service?
    Our review services allow us to review your document and/or your profile line by line and providing detailed feedback inclusive of actionable items to revise your resume. It is not a writing/editing service. Our writing services allow us to transform your document and/or profile into one that highlights your value proposition.
  • Why are interview coaching sessions priced higher than career coaching sessions?
    Interview Coaching requires a minimum of 3 forty five-minute sessions with your interview coach. The pricing for his service, includes those three sessions. While career coaching ala carte pricing only includes 1 one-hour session.
  • What type of templates do your resumes come in?
    We provide our clients with ATS compliant resume templates to ensure seamless uploads when our clients apply to jobs online. We do offer an upgrade Branding Resume Add-On Service that will provide you a second copy of your resume in a modern design with graphic design elements. This is an add-on service only.   • I have made my resume, LinkedIn, or coaching purchase, how do I get started?
    Check your email inbox or spam folder for login credentials to the portal. Use those credentials to login at Please note, if you lose your password, you do have the ability to reset your password at the website listed above.
